Introduction & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the jaet7 platform and all its services. By visiting the jaet7 website, creating an account, or participating in any game or service, you automatically agree to comply with these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use any jaet7 services. Although this document is written in Bengali, if a difference in interpretation arises between versions, the original intent shall prevail.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

To use jaet7 services, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• Participating in online gaming or betting activities is not legally prohibited in your country or jurisdiction.

Account Registration

To create an account at jaet7, you must provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to cancel any account where false or incorrect information has been provided.

One Account Per Person

Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be suspended and the associated balances may be forfeited.

Identity Verification (KYC)

jaet7 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. In response to a verification request, you may be required to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method

If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, withdrawals may be placed on hold.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) secure. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify the jaet7 support team immediately. Sharing or transferring your credentials to others is prohibited.

Bonuses & Promotions

jaet7 offers various types of bonuses and promotions, each with its own conditions. Accepting a bonus means agreeing to the specific terms of that bonus.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 as a bonus — giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

Wagering Requirement

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount, calculated on the bonus only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period — once expired, the bonus is automatically cancelled.
• If there is already a pending withdrawal in the account at the time a bonus is received, the bonus may not apply.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus from multiple accounts will be treated as direct fraud.
• jaet7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

jaet7 currently supports the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank and Dutch-Bangla Bank).

Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (for all methods)
• Maximum deposit limits may vary by method
• Deposited funds will be credited to your account as soon as possible

Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Standard processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours
• Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed

Suspicious Transactions

jaet7 is committed to preventing money laundering. If suspicious financial activity is detected, the related transaction will be placed on hold and the authorities may be notified.

Gaming Rules

All games at jaet7 are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. The following rules apply to all games:

• All games are operated according to the rules of their respective providers.
• If an internet connection is lost during a game, the server record will be considered final.
• jaet7 reserves the right to void any bet result arising from a software error.

Sports Betting

• Betting odds and rules may change at scheduled times.
• If the outcome of an event is suspended or cancelled, the related bet will be declared void and the stake will be refunded.
• If no confirmation message is received from the system before a bet is confirmed, it will not be considered completed.

Account Suspension & Closure

jaet7 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or provision of false information.
• Detection of fraud or suspicious activity.
• Direction from a court or regulatory authority.

Closure by the User

You may request the closure of your account at any time. Contact the support team to make a request. If pending bonus wagering has not been completed before the account is closed, that bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

Inactive Accounts

If no transactions occur on an account for an extended period, it may be marked as inactive. Please contact the support team regarding any maintenance fees that may apply to inactive accounts.

Limitation of Liability

Although jaet7 is committed to providing safe and reliable services, our liability is limited in the following cases:

• Gaming interruptions or losses caused by internet connection disruptions.
• Software errors from third-party game providers.
• Service interruptions due to unexpected technical failures or maintenance work.
• Losses caused by your failure to keep your own account information secure.
• Financial losses resulting from unauthorized access, unless negligence on our part is proven.

Terms Amendment

Continuing to use the platform after amendments are made will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may request to close your account.
